As this was the first holiday I have had with my parents in 20 years it was a very special once in a lifetime trip for all of us. To witness the incredible sights that China has to offer first-hand was wonderful, the amazing tour guides and efficient service made it so much more enjoyable !
Guides were very professional and helpful. They were flexible in changing the itinerary to meet your needs. The tour had a nice variety of interesting sites.

When I called your 800 office number, I was very lucky that Ms. Ruby Zhou answered the telephone. Don and I had less than a week to get everything scheduled and confirmed before we arrived in China. Ruby was polite, professional, patient, and informative when I asked many questions. She was efficient in getting hotels booked, a tour guide scheduled, and the Li River trip confirmed. Don and I were fortunate to have time to visit Ruby in your office while we were in Guilin. She is a lovely young lady, and we had a very nice visit with her. She is an asset to your company.

Stephanie was always punctual, energetic and extremely knowledgeable about ALL of China as well as the places that we visited.We asked her so many questions but she was always happy to answer them. I know so much about China now because of Stephanie.She explained so many of the customs and she was so courteous of us - always looking after us to make sure we were doing ok. She made us laugh a lot while learning and seeing Beijing.Her English is excellent and she is very easy to understand.Stephanie suggested that we flip the itinerary of 2 of our days because of the Buddist Day.This way, we would not be stuck in traffic and have a lot of crowds.We were very glad that she suggested this and we switched the itinerary because of this suggestion.
As we were travelling in the winter, it was not easy to find a tour with a lot of companies. Also as our daughter was over in China, we needed a bit of flexibility with our itinerary and it was great to be able to have some input.It was also good to be able to choose some hotels which had good reviews.The best itinerary for us was one we could tailor for our family.
