We travel a tremendous amount of times, and were both taken to your attention to details, patience and knowledge, all given to us with the greatest courtesy and willingness and going behind the call of duty. For us, it was like meeting a dear friend daily, and taking some very interesting tours, enjoying the food and feeling like part of the scenery. I have bothered her a thousand and one times with question upon question, but she has always answered in a professional, polite, and friendly manner. From the time Henry picked us up, until we were escorted to the airport, Henry was there to assist. During the drive to Beijing Henry provided information on currency, negotiating with vendors and other nuances while visiting the city. When we arrived at our hotel Henry accompanied us to our room to make sure it was acceptable. Even to the point of asking the hotel staff to provide a converter for our electronic devices. At the airport Henry escorted us to the United Airlines ticket counter and then to the security area.
Just wanted to share with you what a wonderful job Ms. Zhao has been doing to help with our trip. Frankly, we have been a lot of trouble to her with mulitple changes to our trip and Ms. Zhao has been patient, responsive and cheerful to every request.
Both our tour guides were excellent - they had extensive and interesting knowledge on all the various sites that we visited and were always helpful on anything we needed. They gave us time to see everything we wanted to see and helped us to choose food etc. and gave us the opportunities to see so much.
I really enjoyed my trip. Thank you for arrangement.
