Nancy, our tour guide in Dali, was the best. She understood what we were interested in and took us to some wonderful places that were not on our itinerary. She was also very sensitive to whether our children were tired, hungry, etc, and modified the schedule accordingly. Our experience in Dali was really unforgettable because of her.

Thank you for showing me and my parents around your office on Friday, and for the gifts. I have had a great time on your trip with my parents so far and learned a lot from being able to see inside of China Highlights. You seem to have a great company with very capable employees. I will be studying in Beijing until January and then am looking to do an in-country internship afterwards, so will be in China for a while if you ever would like to contact me for anything. Penny was really outstanding. Her English and her historical knowledge made interesting trips and she had a bubbling and outgoing personality. She also showed a great interest in me and seemed to understand a lot about the differences between European and Chinese lifestyle. Adrian was also excellent and was particularly helpful at getting me medication from the pharmacy since I was quite unwell while in Beijing. The drivers provide a safe, comfortable experience.

We had several generations in our family group--and there was something of interest to all of us--from the young teens to the grandparents--happening every day. We (the grandparents) had been to China a couple times before and were interested in the changes to China over the years. This was our grandchildren's first trip to Asia, and it was a great learning experience for them.

Our tour guide BERNIE in Shanghai is the best. He was knowledgable and gave us some space in the attractions.He went out of the way to get us vegetarian food - salads and smoothies.I also liked Kelden in Shangra-la. He was also very knowledgable and accommodating to our changed itinerary, he also gave us space to walk alone.

William Huo is the one who helped me. I'm writing this e-mail because it is mine and my family's first time in China and I couldn't be more happy, because we are really excited for this family trip and we were very well attended by William.I had a lot of doubts and wanted to change a lot of things untill I found the perfect itinerary and William here was always very responsive and helpful.

I just wanted to let you know that William is being a perfect contact for our trip to China, above all very reactive and profesional.By the way, congratulations to the supervisor's team as a boat doesn't go very far without a good captain.

We were glad that we had the chance to try different local cuisine. The arrangement of a budget was good since we could order what we like and just pay the difference when we went over budget. Though we were rained on, the Li River cruise and the hike up to Longji were very special. Seeing the West Lake in a slight rain was nice. The ride back to Shanghai was long. Xian is always interesting. We especially enjoy the walk around the muslim quarters that we took in the evenings. The Great Wall is awe inspiring.

We had a really wonderful, wonderful time in Beijing. We enjoyed our hiking & climbingin the Great Wallwith Leo and David. It's an experience that my daughter and I will always remember.It was very physically chanllenging and demanding for my daughter, but we made it. In fact, everyday I wish I could have hiked more, as Leo would know.

Also, thank you for your fantastic organization of our recent China holiday. Everything went according to plan and your guides and drivers were very good. It was fantastic to have the guide at the train station platform to guide us out of the station.
