Our guide, Summer in Xi'an is the most outstanding tour guide. She was very professional and went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable and looked-after. For example, finding us seats in restaurants away from smokers, or when we had some concerns regarding our credit card she immediatedly escorted us to serveral banks to deals with the issue. She was flexible with the schedule and with her time spent with us. She was very personable and easy to chat with. Also her knowledge about the different locations was excellent. Also, most drivers provded safe and comfortable experience, though I experienced quite a lot of motion sickness with our Shanghai drivers with a combination of bad traffice.

Shaberry in Datong and Pingyao was the most outstanding tour guide. I spent the most time with her so I was able to get to know her better. Her knowledge of Chinese history is amazing. The drivers provide a safe, comfortable experience. T

Its good to see that Beijing still preserve its rich culture. Its nice to see in reality the places and chinese culture i learned in my History class during my school days.

Tony was informative by offering us detailed explanations of Guilin and China's culture and history, the local lifestyles, and the scenic attractions. He also arranged all our extra requests and recommended appealing additional itineraries for us. He was friendly, considerate, fun, and flexible. Tony was also never forceful on us for purchasing tourist souvenirs, and imparted extra time to attend to all details. For example, he spent extra time to entertain us at the airport while we waited for our flight to Hong Kong, and even presented us sweet oranges and coffee from his own house. Both Tony and Mr. Chen were always very punctual. Mr. Chen bestowed us with exceptionally safe transportation to all locations.

We found this time (December) to be a very good time to have our tour. We did not find north China to be too cold (it was warmer than our home town), Hong Kong is certainly very warm, and the crowds are much less than in more popular times. Certainly our guides were obviously very appreciative of the business during this time.
