The first time I have worked through her was about two years ago, when I was very impressed with her excellent service. The past few months we have been planning another trip to China, mainly because of the good service from China Highlights the previous trip. I was pleasently surprised when Candy still remembered me from our previous contact and even more happy with the excellent service she supplied to me thus far in arranging our trip.

We did have a GREAT trip and we took lots of photos to remember it. All of our guides and drivers were incredible. Even though they were all different and had their own interests and expertise, they were all Great and fun to be with.

The hotel - the Pan Pacific - provided excellent service - food was also very good. The weather was very cold and we were really warm and well looked after here.

I have been most impressed with Simon's prompt responses to all our queries however trivial they might have been and his calm patience whilst we have got back to him with an increased tour party of 6 and then finally 8.Obviously, we have had to request different costings for the larger group as well as for some minor changes to the itinerary, too.

Thank you for fixing the other part of our trip.Lhasa has been an adventure.Sashi is an amazing tour guide.He has tried to help us in every way with all the changes that have been happening at the last minute

Johnathon kept us very busy and showed us so very much of Beijing. He assisted me in trying to get me an adaptor for my computer. He went above and beyond the call of duty to please me, and the other three in our group. Carolyn enthusiastically escorted us through Xi'an including the Terra Cotta Warriors. Our guide in Guillin was Claire, who happily and pleasantly showed us all the beautiful parks and attractions offered by that city. Claire made sure that we got to and onto our train ride to Nanning, which we really enjoyed.

I hope you get these photos which were a very small part of the hundreds that I took.  John has told me that he did an evaluation for you. Well, may I add that the trip was fabulous in every way and I would have no hesitation in recommending it to my friends. You asked for hints on how to improve it and I have been thinking hard and the only thing I can think of is a list of possible other attractions in the area, eg pandas, river cruise in Guilin and the lighting show in Yangshou, dumpling restaurant in Xian and acrobatic show in Beijing. The meals were amazing and very interesting. The highlight for me was the pandas, the lighting show and the great wall which was magical as it was a clear day and very few people were there.

Thanks again Candy for all your work. Maybe we will see you in New Zealand or I may come back to China.
