I booked a Yangtze Cruise with China Highlights, which was perfect, but I am writing to personally thank Helen He (He Liping) for going out of her way to help me and a friend at Yichang Airport on New Year's Day, February 14.We thought we had a confirmed flight to Shanghai, booked through another US based company online, but when we arrived at the airport, our flight didn't exist. We explained our situation to a family who joined us on the cruise, and they told Helen. Helen then helped successfully negotiate a different flight to Shanghai that left that same day with airport staff, and we weren't required to pay for a second flight. Especially amidst New Year's celebrations, we were very relieved with this outcome as we had no idea what else we could do. So on behalf of myself and my friend, we wish to extend our deepest thanks to both Helen and China Highlights

I would also like to commend one particular tour guide who made my trip most memorable.she was always polite and friendly, always helpful even though I had a cold due to the weather. If not for her, i think my trip in beijing would not be as fun as it was.thank you again for organizing the trip for me, I look forward to future trips with China Highlights, and will not hesitate in recommending my friends to you!

We both were very impressed by the professionalism of all three tour guides. In particular, Ying Li in Xi'an is the best tour guide we have ever had. She is knowledgeable, pleasant and very customer oriented. We enjoyed our time with her thoroughly.We will be recomending China HIghlights to friends and business colleagues through my company.

Vickey was a terriffic tour guide and one of the top that I have met over all of The perfect personality and open, honest answers. Her English was great and the information informative. She went of her way to be accommodating to our needs.and The driver was friendly and did an amazing job of navigating traffic. The hotel, Sunworld, was just fine and in a great location. The staff was friendly and helpful. The restaurants chosen for Peking Duck, Great Wall day with the greenhouse were excellent.

I want to thank you and Chinahilights for the organization of my tour to Great Wall, Taiyuan, Pingyao, Xian. It was really a fantastic experience! I appreciated very much accomodations, cars, drivers and guides. In particular I think that Lee, our guide in Xian, is very prepared and competent! We had also excellent meals at the restaurant you choose for us.

Jeff was a very nice guide and a good chinese teacher for my husband. He took great care of us (especially with our luggages, hotel,underground,...) and our experience of skiing in China was very tasteful :) We would like to thank you and all the team of China Highlights!
