Your guide, Johnny Li, was outstanding. He exceeded our expectations in all areas. His attention to looking after each and every one of us made our first China visit and absolute best. We are travelling with 3 childrean (5,8,10) and we're all 100% pleased.Johnny's command of the English language is impressive and he used terrific communication skills to tell the story of each and every place we visited.

All of the guides were right there at the airport to meet us, logistics were perfect.all guides were informative, told us a lot about daily life. Meals were all excellent, and we never got sick.I Would like to recommend your company to my friends or colleagues.

All the guides were very flexible in adjusting the schedule around our flight delays and weather. Yes I would recommend China Highlights Tours. Getting around by ourselves would have been very difficult.Not impossible, but having a guide and driver pick us up and get us right where we needed to go was very nice, eliminating a lot of hassles. Getting to know the guides in each city was fun too.

Both Laura and Jevean were terrific, their English was the best of the tour guides we had.All the hotels had the perfect location! Also all the hotels had staff which spoke English well,It was a nice touch for China Highlights to provide 2 bottles of water to everyone each day, this was a very nice touch. China Highlights exceeded all my expectations. We've had the chance to figure out our expenses and having a private tour with China Highlights was even cheaper than having a large group tour with 20-30 strangers with other tour companies.

Mitchel is a great tour guide. She knows the history of the places well. She is very friendly and speak well. She informs you in advance if there is any problem.hasa grand Hotel is good hotel when compare with other hotels we stay. It is a clean hotel and a convenient location. Breakfast is good and it has many varieties.

The tour guide in Beijing was definitely the best, not only in terms of english speaking abilities, but also in terms of friendlyness and overall attitude! She was great! Our tour guide in Shanghai was definitely the best looking! It was very good that our Tibetan tour guide was actually indigenous.Almost everything worked with great precision. Everything was very punctually and with a lot of regard to detail! China as a whole is defintely a wow-country! We will definitely recommend your company.

The guide appeared at the correct pier at the correct time. Becky spoke excellent English and had a good sense of humour, which was needed as the day was very cold and wet.
