I had my reservations about travelling alone as a women in a country where I did not speak the language but as soon as I arrived at the airport in Guilin and was met by my guide (Jing Jing) I instantly was put a ease. Jing Jing was an amazing tour guide. She was friendly, courteous, and always professional.

At one point we were at a show and I could not sit in the assigned seats as they were too small. I called Harry, he returned to the theatre, talked to the management and got us moved to a seating area that was perfect. That is SERVICE.
