I do need to tell you one of my biggest "very good" impression was the service I received from Robert Hui. I've never been treated as well as he treated me during the planning stages of this trip. This tripped was planned within a 60 day time-frame prior to departure and he left nothing out!
We were very pleased with the tour to Great Wall. We liked the lunch and also the walk on the Great Wall. It is true that it is beautiful place. The tour guide and the driver were excellent in our opinion, and your help was very important and good.
I would like to say that we have finalized a tour in China with your representative Ruby Zhao. We have been working with her for about a year. Ruby was very knowledgeable about every thing that we asked for. She was always right there to quickly answer questions, change things, and never gave up on us.

I just wanted to let you know that I forwarded this email to our friends that took the tour with China Highlights. Since I didn't take the tour with them, I didn't want to comment for them. They did tell me what a fantastic day they had at The Great Wall and that their guide was great!
