Our trip is over and we're back in Tokyo again. May I take this opportunity to thank you and China Highlights for the great organization and for providing excellent guides all along our routes. We are very satisfied and this trip left us with very good memories. Unfortunately it was too short and we would have liked to stay a few days longer to see more of Xinjiang, a province which is so beautiful and hospitable.We, two happy travelers are already looking forward to our next year's trip.

Since we are in China, we found everything has been professional. We have always been met out of the stations by our tour guide, who have been very knowledageable and taken us around find all the places. We found all the activities and tours that we have gone on either culture-learning or very beautiful and scenic. We just really enjoy our holidays!

One great thing that you organised were the airport pickup at Chongqing and the airport drop at Yichang. Both guides were wonderful people and it gave a real personal touch to the overall experience.It is just enjoy the experience.

Jacky in Xi'an was amazing - he bought a train ticket so that he could meet me at the platform of the arriving train. That was an incredible WOW moment. He was incredibly friendly and had great advice. Helen in Shanghai was amazing. She was so informative, very happy and always ensured that I was comfortable and having a great time. No pressure from the guides.
We were very impressed by how smoothly our trip was organised - we had no troubles whatsoever with bookings, transport or pick ups and that is a testament firstly to your excellent and attentive organisation Dennis - so thank you. Given it was so cold in the winter it really made a difference to have all of those transfers sorted out so there was no waiting in the cold! We have been recommending China Highlights to all of our friends back here and will continue to do so - we have been saying it is great service and excellent guides for a very reasonable price. It was also so easy to organise from Australia, which was great.
Just a little note to say that we had a great time with Crystal, our guide in Guilin / Yangshou.Our two days there were the most enjoyable ones of our tour. Crystal is such a kind person. She was always ready to help us, answered all questions we had, advised us of any specific point of interest in our tour ... always with a beautiful smile! We felt that she really likes her work, we sensed the heart she puts into it. She took care of us, making sure everything was fine for us.

The memorable attractions for us are the scooter ride from Guilin out to the countryside, visit farm house, spontaneous try our hand (spontaneous - the best!) helping farmers thresh rice, the 'Impression show' in Guilin, the Great Wall (on our own) and Tiananmen Square for its significance. We will suggest that scooter in the countryside outside of Yangshuo and Tai Chi in Beijing for other travelers.

In retrospect, our trip was wonderful and I'd like to highlight some of the special things that you did to make it so. All of our connections went smoothly - each guide met us in a timely fashion and flights/train connections were great. All drivers provided water - great! Joe &Christine provided hand wipes (great)! The phone convenience was wonderful and provided a sense of security when we could not communicate in Chinese.
We returned home on Sept 21. The trip was great and all the guides and drivers and sights worked out very well. We are extremely pleased with your agency and you.
We are back home since Monday morning with great memories from our tour on China. We tell everyone how interesting our tour was, how pleased we were of your services, your prompt response to our concerns (which did not happen often).
