CHRIS was our guide in Xian and we would like to let you know that Walter and I were very satisfied with her services.All the information she gave us, cultural, historical, etc., was very interesting. We learn a lot of things with her! She has a nice personality, she transmits the information very easily, she likes people, she is joyful, very helpful, we were very at ease with her. All in all, everything was perfect!

Our favorite meal was in xian. our guide there really tried to help us choose interesting different dishes. I also enjoy eating food from small vendors on the street rather than at sit down restaurants every meal. it might be nice to try and include this as an option for future guests.

She communicated with us very well. In fact, her communication skills are excellent. She listens carefully, picks up on nuances, and focuses on what you are interested in, rather than just reading a script. Most importantly, she engaged us in a continuous conversation, filled with many questions and answers. She appeared genuinely interested in everything we talked about.

Given our time constraints this itinerary suited us perfectly. Ideally we would have liked a longer tour but that was not possible given our commitments at home. Having an itinerary designed for us was ideal though as it allowed us to see much more than we would have if we had attempted the trip on our own.All the tour guides were excellent and it would be hard to say which one was best. On balance our tour guides in Beijing, Xian and Shanghai were excellent and if I was forced to choose I would say it would be a dead heat between our Beijing and Shanghai guides.

LeShan Buddha was quite amazing. The temples and historic streets in Chengdu were also quite impressive for us.Guide Lisa gave us great tips for shopping and the area around the hotel offered many great walks and browsing. Lisa took us to the ebony museum, which was absolutely amazing for us. We absolutely recommend your company to your family/friends/colleagues.Thank you for a great tour!

We want to really compliment you on arranging such an enjoyable and interesting tour. The arrangements were faultless and the quality of the guides, were excellent. Having said that, we must single out Gerry An in Beijing and Sara Shen in Shanghai, for a special mention.They were both superb, having a good command of English, a wide knowledge of China and its history and the ability to make one feel at ease in, what to us, were very foreign surroundings. Sara, particularly, had an empathy that made her stand out above the others. We can only commend these two young people to you and are sure that they both have a bright future in their chosen profession.

Dear Sunny let me thank you personnaly that I had to cut short my trip due to the bereavement in my family, you made sure that your staff took me seperately to the airport and I HAD ALL THE HELP. Thank you from six of us. Rest assured that I will not hessitate in recommending you company to anyone who wants to tour China(Tibet). Tibet and other cities of China are the destinations one must go and visit once in a lifetime.

Overall the trip was very good, we appreciated the assistance, particularly from our first two guides Stephen and Chris who were both excellent. We would use chinahighlights again.Thank you for your assistance and interest.

In Tibet, the best of our trip. The tour guide was outstanding. It's hard to believe that she did not graduate from the high school. The food in Xian and Lhasa were very good. That made Shanghai quite inferior.I really appreciate your quick actions in Xian in arranging new driver and hotel.

During our stay in beijing we received a special VIP treatment which tatally surprised us.it included chocolates,moon cake,and so no...Beijing sights with our photo,chanpagne at the great wall...It was all a marvelous surprise which made us feel welcome and special.The tourguide also made us feel welcome and special.The tour guide alse made special care that we would not be cheated while buying sourevirs.
