From that moment on, Doris was a superstar! Obviously, she did her job in terms of organising the tickets I wanted, sending me official invitations to visit China, etc. That is what she is paid to do. The way she did all this, however, was simply wonderful, and she should be highly commended for that. When I was feeling down or worried about the trip, she encouraged me. When there were times of waiting, she still stayed in contact with me and chatted with me in an extremely intelligent manner. When, eventually, everything was done and all the necessary arrangements were made, she kept me informed. During this time, she treated me like a friend and confidante, which impressed me hugely.
Jack was an excellent tour guide. He was very friendly+ very happy to help us have a great experience in Beijing. He was very informative+ provided a lot of information regarding each site we visited. His English was very good+ we had no problems understanding him.
We really enjoyed this short trip , Jack was an excellent tour guide. He made us feel safe , and we all felt comfortable. We even had a nice lunch which I never thought we would have time. It was just perfect. He offered to help us reserve dinner or bring us to a hotel but we chose to stay in the airport(hourly rate) for a nice shower and a good night sleep. I would do it again!

I want to tell you that all the Guides were very good, but specially Flor! In Guilin. She is such a nice girl, really went out of her way so we could be happy and comfortable, we all loved her very much. She is a jewel!!
I did want to leave feedback as my sons and I were extremely happy with the service you provided, and our guide (and driver) were absolutely fantastic!!!! The day trip was just way beyond my expectations. I particularly enjoyed our guides personal input and informative explaining of many cultural facets. I feel I left China a richer person for her effort! Wow! what a trip!
