Hi, Doris, First, I want to thank you especially. From the beginning, your professionalism, flexibility and organization was superb. I have travelled to many places in the world and I have to say the way you put my trip together and accommodate our requests was the best I have experienced. I am really grateful for your wonderful service and consideration. The trip went well and was highly successful. My nephew also enjoyed the trip and we both have a much greater appreciation for the people and the nation. Our guide in Beijing was Christine. She was amazing. She rearranged our itinerary so that we got to the main sights while there were less people. This gave us the best opportunities to enjoy the locations and spend as much time as we wanted in the locations. The visits to the Great Wall and the Forbidden City were impressive. Christine used the time while we were driving to the sights to provide us with the information we needed about the sights. This allowed us to move around the sights and focus on the main things rather than stop for the overviews. This was very efficient. Our driver was courteous and also very flexible. Starting our trip with Christine and our wonderful driver was a great way to be introduced to China. From Beijing, we proceeded to Xian. Our guide was Monica and driver Mr. Huang. Both were also highly professional and flexible. Monica was also a very excellent guide and very concerned for our safety. She went the extra steps to call our hotel and check in on us when my nephew and I walked around at night on our own. She wanted to make sure we had no problems. Also, Monica wrote notes in Chinese for us, to help us get around and make sure we were able to order food with no problem when we were on our own. She was funny, entertaining as well as very informative and knowledgeable of the history of Xian and the Terracotta Warriors. It was a pleasure to have Monica as our guide in Xian. Our driver was also making sure we were always fine and making sure we were comfortable. After Xian, our trip took us to Shanghai, Wuzhen and Hangzhou. Our guide was Ryan. Ryan was also extremely informative and accommodating. Ryan was also very observant and when he learned that we wanted to experience local food and local people, he took us to a place in Wuzhen where only locals eat. It was one of the best experiences and we really got to feel we experienced the true China and her people. Ryan was very informative and professional. Our driver was also great in this part of the trip. When I first booked the trip and originally had a free day in Shanghai, you recommended that instead of spending that free day in Shanghai, that we visit the West Lake region and spend the night in the water village of Wuzhen. I am very grateful that you recommended that. These were the two most lovely places my nephew and I have seen. Both were refreshing and charming. Even my nephew was excited to see Wuzhen, ride the boat at West Lake and the gondola at Wuzhen. Thank you for having the foresight to recommend these places. After Wuzhen, we went back to Shanghai for one night. The next day, my nephew went home and I proceeded to Hong Kong. The arrangements and flights went smoothly and I was relieved to be able to see my nephew board the flight to go back home and I had enough time to get to my gate for my Hong Kong flight. Thank you for arranging this. Once in Hong Kong, my guide was Hellina. She, too was amazing. Very knowledgeable, protective and highly flexible to make sure I experienced and saw as much of Hong Kong as possible. She provided me with great recommendations and maps to make sure I got around safely and properly. At my request, I asked her to take me to where I can purchase some jewelry as a memento of my trip to Hong Kong. She made the proper arrangements to take me to the Hong Kong Jewelry shop and made sure I was buying quality materials at a proper price. I am grateful to Hellina for this. Also, Hellina noticed I like photographing animals and plants and she made a brief detour to pass by the Hong Kong botanical garden. It was a great way to relax a bit and enjoy Hong Kong's plants and animals. In Hong Kong, we had several drivers on different days. All the drivers were great. My day trip to Macau was also successful. My guide was Denny. He also made sure I saw as much of Macau as possible during my day trip. He was informative and professional. Our driver was also good. From Hong Kong, I returned to Beijing for the business part of my trip. I was met at the airport by Christine and was very happy to see her. I have to commend China Highlights for their very successful way in organizing trips and hand offs to guides. I felt very secure everywhere and knew I was in the hands of experts. On my last day, I was taken to the airport by Louisa, who although she is not a guide, was also very informed and accommodating. I think Louisa would become a great guide in the future, especially if she has mentors like Christine or Monica. In summary, this trip was one of the best I've experienced. The guides were exceptional and should all be highly commended. Especially Christine, Monica, Ryan and Hellina as well as our great drivers. I have already been recommending China Highlights to people at work and friends. My note to you is that I was really impressed with Lily’s work, she has been very professional with excellent customer skills & attention to detail. Her communication has been very prompt, she took ownership of task , she strived to get it right at the first time, she was accountable and always delivered on promise.

Jackie was most knowledgable and conveged the information to us in a precise,concise and comprehensible manner.This made our stay in Beijing and time with China Highlights most rewarding and educational.It was a great help to have Jackie is support at the airport and hotel.He excercised a cool and professional manner in this important part of our visit.

Hello Cecilia thank you for everything! Icy was great! I really appreciated her trying her best to give me the best experience in Beijing. She really went out of her way to make me comfortable. I know I was Un orthodox compared to normal tourists but I like to travel in a Easy atmosphere and I thank icy for trying to fit my style.
