We were very satisfied with the itinerary and guide we had in Beijing last week. Gerry An is an excellent guide who exceeded all of our expectations. He is very personable, knowledgeable, and speaks English very well. He explained the sights and also Chinese culture and customs. We learned more from Gerry in three days than from all of our preparation prior to the trip. We felt very comfortable with Gerry and appreciate the way he watched over us. We feel we have made a new friend halfway around the world.

Jerry, our tour guide, was very helpful and very knowledgeable. We could not have asked for a better tour guide. He saw to our every need. Jerry even ordered for us at the two restaurants that we visited. The food was marvelous and there was more than enough to feed all of us. Jerry watched over us like a shepherd tending his sheep. Never once were we out of his sight. We cannot say enough about his attentiveness, his mastery of English, and his general knowledge of everything.

While we were in Xian Paul took excellent care of us. He is very personable, knowledgeable and patient. We had many questions and Paul was able to answer all of them. I will highly recommend China Highlights and Paul as a guide to all of my friends and family that intend to visit Xian.

Jackie was a very good guide and he went above and beyond to deal with the changes caused by our late arrival due to the visa problems. Also the failure of the chair lift at the great wall was dealt with well. He was always prompt and informative. We especially appreciated his support of my wife Pam in helping her to get around. He tried to fit in as much as possible and explained everything clearly and in detail.We especially appreciate him giving up his lunch so we could get back to the Forbidden City. Also, thanks to Mr Feng for his driving. We felt safe in a different road system to our own

Lily is polite efficient and very obliging. She also has a good understanding of Beijing and provided good suggestions to keep us entertained and exposed to culture and history.

We've just finished in Beijing. We really had a great time there. Rico was a great tour guide, can't speak highly enough of him. Looking forward to the rest of the tour.

We appreciate his help and kindness you should be proud all your staff has gone beyond the normal assistance I was expecting. Please tell the guide we will need help off of this boat at the end of the cruise. If that is at all possible. And at the airport we wii need help since we are over weight again.
