The most memorable attraction is the Terracotta Warriors. I'd like the most traditional sight of China, for example a market, the rice fields and others. Martina at Beijing is our best guide because she has been professional and available. Al the hotels are up to standard. For me the best is Bell Tower Hotel Xian.

I recommend your company to your friends or colleagues and I'll want to collaborate with you and to organize others travels

My wife and I had a really great time in Chengdu.  You will see our comments below.  Thanks for your assistance and we look forward to our Beijing, Xian tour at the end of October.

The panda keeper experience is excellent.  There is a little work (the dirty jobs are done quickly and first thing) but the reward of being up close with the pandas is more than worth it.

Isabella Wan was our guide for the whole trip.  I cannot say enough good things about her.  She is knowledgeable, very attentive to the trip details and any changes we requested, and easy to work with.  For private tours such as we took the guide can really impact the experience.  Isabella did so in a very positive way.  She helped us with tickets to the Sichuan Opera, showed us how to eat Sichuan hot pot, and overall went out of her way to make our trip enjoyable.  We genuinely enjoyed spending a few days with her and she made our trip even better than we expected. 

The Tianfu Sunshine Hotel in Chengdu was excellent, comfortable and clean room, and good location (it is walkable to shopping on Chunxi Road).  The Hong Zhushan Hotel near Mt. Emei is just OK.  The room felt damp and the bathroom could have been cleaned better.  It was fine for one night but, we were glad to get to the Tianfu Sunshine Hotel.  The restaurant at the Hong Zhushan Hotel was very good however.  We had a great dinner there.  

Sichuan food is outstanding for people like us who like spicy food.  Our dinner was great at the Hong Zhushan Hotel and we ate all other dinners outside the hotel.  Breakfast at both hotels were good with selections for everyone.  

In addition to the Panda's, the Chengdu Shu Embroidery Co was great to see (and to buy things).  Isabella was really the WOW factor for us.  She not only gave recommendations for dinner she made sure that tried all the local cuisine, helped us order and made sure we new the process for things like Hot Pot, and Chengdu snack food.  We live in Shanghai with some China eating knowledge and we found her assistance welcome and valuable.  

We will definitely recommend China Highlights.  As we had already booked another trip with China Highlights we were very glad to have such a great experience in Chengdu.  We cannot wait to go on our next trip.

Our trip is nearing its end and I wanted to thank you so much for the excellent arrangements, accommodations and guides you provided for us. Lily, in Guilin and Christina, in Xian were especially wonderful guides and WongDui, here in Lhasa showed us some of the most unique experiences of our trip. The time has passed SO quickly - that is a sign of a very good holiday. We have had so many memorable experiences I cannot begin to choose a favorite.

I am sorry we did not have the chance to meet you in Guilin, but I want to thank you for the gifts you sent. Very thoughtful!

I apologize for not sending this note sooner.  I wanted to let you know what a wonderful time I had on my recent Beijing tour w/China Highlights.
 
My guide, Cobing Cheng, could not have been more delightful.  He is very knowledgeable on the historical places we visited, and such a gentleman.  In addition, he was able to assist me in opera tickets and a massage during my free time.  Cobing is truly an asset to China Highlights.
 
My hope is that I will return to China and see even more of your lovely country.  At that time I will once again call upon China Highlights as my reference.

Pravina and I returned to the USA a few days back and still fighting the jet lag. 

We just want to thank you both very much for all the assistance you provided during our stay in Guilin and Yangshuo.   We have some wonderful memories of our visit to Guilin, Yangshuo and Beijing which we will treasure.

I had an absolutely fascinating day today. Your staff were fantastic even though it was a long day for them too.
Johnny was very enthusiastic, charming and knowledgeable of the various places we visited and was good at encouraging me up those incredible steps to the Great Wall. It was tough for me, but I am glad I did it. It was awsome. 

The driver was patient, courteous and professional. They were both very professional. I was left tired, but happy at having had an insight into this extraordinary and fascinating city with its rich and captivating history.

I look forward to bringing my family with me in the near future and I will be more than happy to ask for your assistance in organizing our cultural activities. There is so much to do and see!

We had a great time in China.

I have always wanted to see the Great Wall.  It was a spectacular site.  The Terracotta Warriors were also great.  The Terracotta display was outstanding.

We were happy with all the guides.  However, I would have to say the most outstanding guide was Sheryl Zhang at Xian.  She took outstanding care of us.  One little example was I ordered I cold Coke.  Sheryl felt the can of Coke to make sure it was cold.  She also helped us in making a dinner reservation and was willing to take us to the restaurant if we wanted.  She was very knowledgeable of the attractions we saw, and she was very willing to answer any questions we had of her.  Not only did we learn a lot about the attractions but also we learned about China, Xian and the Chinese culture.  She truly exceeded our expectations.   It was a real pleasure to travel with her.Jeff and our river guide, Rachael, were close runner ups.

We enjoyed The Bund Hotel as our best hotel in China and the food and service at the Sunworld Hotel in Beijing.   The breakfast servers at Sunword were friendly and provided better service than the Bell Tower or the Bund Hotel.

We liked being met by the friendly tours guides each time we reached a new destination.  The guides can make your trip a wow. The Great Wall and Terracotta Warriors were wow attractions.

Hi Sunny,

This was only a brief visit to China, but I did enjoy it very much, as I always enjoy China and your organising and planning on my behalf.

1.  Most memorable:  the 3 gorges dam, memorable because of its size, its locks and its soon to be completed ships' lift.
2.  The chap who met me at Chongqing when the ship docked was really good.  His knowledge of his city was excellent and his English superb.  A really nice man.
3.  Hotels were great.  The Xian Garden is a beautiful hotel with a great breakfast, but a little remote from the centre of the city.  It was in the area I requested though as I have friends living nearby.  The City Hotel Xian is in the best possible location and has been recently renovated.  I enjoyed this hotel very much.

I have used your services twice prior to this occasion and every time everything went perfectly. Again, thank you for all your help, not only on this occasion, but at previous times.

We had an excellent visit to Tibet because of Tashai, Kalsong and China Highlights!

China Highlights put together a wonderful itinerary, Tashai showed us around Lhasa and explained its history to us and Kalsang got us everywhere safely which allowed us to relax and really take everything in. We will definitely recommend you all to friends.

I had a wonderful time in China and wanted to thank you for organising all of it. Everyone I met were wonderful people, providing the best customer service I have ever experienced and they were efficient and interesting.
 
Beijing as a whole is wonderful to visit. In Shanghai, the Oriental Pearl Tower is really a must see and I enjoyed the roller-coaster ride inside. Guilin is beautiful and we travelled to the Yulong village where we sailed on bamboo boats down the Dragon River to rice paddies and water buffalo. We got to feed them and stroke them in a field dancing with dragon flies. It was really magical.
Lola was excellent in helping me with any issues. Sarah in Xi'an was lovely company and Power was really amazing taking us to all the sites in Beijing. He was really good and told us the historical details in such an interesting way. Jerry in Beijing was also so good and informative. Overall it was a pleasure to meet everyone. Thanks to the drivers too!
I think for a Westerner (African in my case), just experiencing China is a big WOW. The sheer size and scale of everything and the millions of people are a shock to the system. Some of the food was also bit of a shock. The Great Wall (Badaling section) was impressive.
The Reed Flute Cave in Guilin is a must. Seeing Guilin is a must actually even though I do prefer cities like Beijing. The Summer Palace is truly beautiful. I felt very calm and peaceful in China.

I really am glad that I got to experience China through China Highlights and everyone involved.
