I would like to commend Candy Wei's efficiency. Our flight to Xian from Beijing was delayed for 4 hours without announcement from the airline. We sought advise right away from Candy as we did not know what to do. No one speaks English so well. We appreciate Candy's help.

Everything went extremely smoothly and the tour guides and drivers were always courteous and prompt.
We all also thank Mr. Sean, the tour guide, for his warm welcome and interest during our trip. He likes his job and tries to do his best. The driver was also good.
