with great views of the Li river in the first one and especially tranquil was the mountain top one that we walked up to.And the long hair village and bamboo raft down the river to the fishing village were also highlights.
Steven, he was very personable and help provide extra activities that were just the right fit. The drivers did well too.

As designers, the modern architecture was very important for us. The guides (especially Emma in Beijing) did their best to accommodate and show us all the important architecture at the various locations on our itinerary. Some of the buildings we saw were amazing and only enhanced our whole experience in China, making it more complete.

Your suggestion of visiting the Mutianyu section of the Great Wall was perfect.It was everything it should be.Taking the cable car up made is really easy so we could spend more time at the top (without all the tourists).Thanks again (and don't tell everyone it's our secret place).

We think Mr. Chiang was in other respects a good tour guide.His English was very good and we had no problem understanding each other.He was also knowledgeable on the facts and history concerning the sites.He was pleasant and polite, as mentioned above, and might have been viewed as a very efficient tour guide for those who wanted to see many places. Lastly, to make up for the short tours, we were pleased that Mr. Chiang and the driver did accommodate us when we wanted to use the time for a couple of sites that were not in the original plan.
