All the guides are good, especially Tashi in Tibet. He was always pleasant, considerate, patient, polite, on-time, informative and 'always there’. We had a variety of drivers, but overall the driver in Tibet was outstanding. His skill in driving around and through the various road conditions was just great. In China, we had three female drivers and they certainly outperformed their male counter-parts.

I would particularly like to emphasise the quality of the guides I had in Xi’an and Beijing. As I said below, I rate them among the very best of the guides I have had, anywhere in the world, over the last 35 years. I would like to formally recognise my gratitude to them for making my visit just that much better than it otherwise would have been and hope that there is some way that their quality can be recognised by China Highlights.

Flight delayed by about 30 mins which meant we arrived 30 mins late at Xian airport. Shannon our guide met us and was very helpful throughout the day.

First and foremost, you were the guiding force behind all of the planning and always patient and understanding with my fits and starts and indecision. But, in the end it worked out beautifully!I want to tell you how grateful I am for your calm and forward thinking demeanor and your kind thoughts to any personal needs.Lorraine and I both feel that we are fortunate to now have personal friends in China and we are much more educated about your old and fascinating culture.

I want to thank you for all you did to make our tour so wonderful. I cannot say enough good things about China Highlights and our trip. From beginning to end, we were amazed with things we saw and the people who accompanied us as tour guides and drivers. We will recommend your company to everyone we know.

Due to the short time available we could not see all we wanted , but this is the best tour itinerary for us. The Great Wall was the most memorable attraction we visited. The cruise along the Yangtze should not be missed also.

I know our experience in Beijing was so good because both Jeff Mr. Ai were able to make us feel very relaxed and safe, so we were able to really focus concentrate on the beautiful sites.

Since last September, I’ve been looking for an organized tour which people can join me for a wedding in Qingdao. I have looked for various companies to get ideas for a tour to China at the same time.
