Our guide in Beijing Gloria gave us the WOW factor she went beyond what we expected to make the trip memorable. Gloria was fantastic,she went beyond to make our tour memorable. Gloria even climbed up to the top part of the wall with us ,it was a hard climb but she did it.Her flexibility to cater our needs was excellent.She even organize flowers,cake and restaurant so we could celebrate our 17th wedding anniversary.She was very good to us and the kids. The driver drove safely and very friendly.The van was comfortable and provided us water.

I wanted to provide some feedback on the trip overall. I was happy with all the communication you sent me on behalf of China Highlights and how prompt you were answering my questions. The personalized service was nice compared to some generic responses I received to inquiries. One of my concerns of booking online was finding a reputable agency and I was correct in choosing you.

They are all effectively bilingual in Mandarin and English, with good knowledge of the historical and cultural background of the places we visited. They have good work attitude and are also patient attending to our enquiries. Timings were punctual. The guides introduced us to some interesting local cuisine during lunches at the restaurants. The drivers were helpful and careful with their driving.

Your Itinerary for our several days was perfect for us.Each of the sights were meaningful that we were taken too.It also pretty well matched what I had researched as sights to visit In Shanghai.We did take a couple walks near our hotel and enjoyed the ‘food market’ street that was a couple blocks away.

Gloria was a very good tour guide and was available day and night for us. She was especially helpful writing addresses for our taxi drivers as we ventured out at night.

We loved the flexibility. All the flights were great. We very much appreciated the restaurant recommendations from the guides and in particular the vegetarian restaurant in Yangshuo is probably one of the most memorable meals, we've ever had -- and we live in New York City. Having guides and drivers you can rely on getting you everywhere on time and helping you with the smallest details (like finding the perfect bamboo hat) makes you completely relaxed and you can enjoy the beautiful sites even more.I have some comments about my next time to China. Stay in Yangshuo, instead of Guilin and rent the bikes on the wall in Xi-An.

Guilin was the most memorable attraction we visited and our tour guide Oscar in Guilin is the most outstanding tour guide we had, he is with best English, he thought of everything and was the most caring.Dependability, punctuality, guides concern for the client well being, all guides were excellent which makes the trip most valuable.
