We knew our choice of China Highlights was the correct one. Lucy was most informative, kind and helpful during our one day tour and to our departure the next day to Beijing making sure we were safely on our journey and of course I must not forget our driver who was a most courteous and safe driver. Once again on our arrival at Beijing being met by a smiling Nancy, she was a joy to be with nothing to much for her or Hang the driver [he met us each time with a wonderful smile. Nancy was extremely patient and very well informed, helpful and kind. By the end of our tour in Beijing, we felt we gained two new friends and had known them for a long time on our departure once again we were guided through making sure it was safe and smooth.

I appreciated especially the ability of your guides to react reasonably if changes of the program became necessary when museums on the agenda were closed or the group was in delay due to traffic problems and so on.

I would just like to make commendation for one of your travel advisors, Ruby Zhao, for doing an excellent job accommodating our needs for our planned vacation to HongKong, Macau, etc. I've never traveled in those places and have no idea what's there to see and explore and how to do it. Ms. Zhao is extremely pleasant and a very good listener when trying to gather data and very patient and and thorough with her information. She is also very fast in gathering her data and quick to email her findings. She's very resourceful and demonstrated willingness to meet all our needs. It's just unfortunate that this time, what we wanted was way over our budget. When we get to HongKong, I am still interested in dealing with her for what we can do around there within our budget.

My recent trip was an unusual challenge for any travel agent. I am traveling to Qingdao to attend the wedding of a young woman whom I met ten years earlier, when I was teaching at a school in the rural area surrounding Qingdao. Candy Wei not only helped me to make the necessary travel arrangements from Beijing to Qingdao, but she also helped me by contacting the bride-to-be to coordinate wedding arrangements. She provided me with some suggestions for suitable wedding gifts for a traditional, rural wedding.

Tour guides are excellent, drivers are excellent, we feel safe, and we always have a wonderful time. We always had hotels exactly as we asked for, been looked after with absolutely respect. That’s good.

My name’s Bob, and my name is Shirley. And we decided we want to visit China and have a tour around. So we search on the internet and we found China Highlights, we contacted them, we want to organize a tour of our own for nineteen days of the places that we want to visit and we found them incredibly efficient, it only took 3 days to get back full itinerary of everywhere we wanted to go with the planes, restaurants, hotels, everything, every details, even the climate, so everything was on. Some of the highlights for us were a 5-hour-walk to Jinshanling on the Great Wall, that was an absolutely fabulous trip. We had a great guide that took us on that walk and we saw a lot of the nature wall, not the rebuild wall. Another highlight was the cruise on the Yangtze River, especially the cruise up the Shennong Stream which was excellent; I could recommend that to anyone, we had a fabulous time there. Another great highlight was in Lijiang, when we went to this Jade Dragon Snow Mountain which is up on a big chair lift, and the views are absolutely fantastic, we just absolutely on the way. We just can’t say how much we’ve enjoyed this, we are almost at the end of the tour now and we have had a fabulous, fabulous time. And we really enjoy it. We just can’t recommend China Highlight highly enough; they had done everything we asked of them.

Wow factor for me was the passion and knowledge that the guides showed.A good / bad guide really shapes the direction of how well your trip can possibly be and the fact that the guides we had were so phenominal really added that extra umph to it.More wow factors were bike riding on the Xi'an city wall and the yao mountain tour.The bike riding on the Xi'an city wall just made me fill like I was living a part of the chinese culture and the yao mountain tour allowed for an excellent view of guilin.I also thought that the visit to the home office and our trip advisor was a nice touch!

All domestic flights provided by China Highlights were very good, it is also really great that China Highlights people take care of most of the baggage and getting our boarding passes.
