Nancy has been extremely helpful, prompt in her replies, professional, diligent, friendly and patient. Jenny was efficient, warm and helpful, endlessly patient with us when we wanted to shop and browse. Suki was very sweet and warm, helpful and patient when we needed to rest quite a bit while visiting Yellow Mountain. All our guides were good.

The guides and private cars/drivers made everything so easy - so that we could just enjoy China without having stress over making arrangements.All of the guides were wonderful - especially Lily in Guilin and Wallace in Xian - both went above and beyond their job responsibilities.

It is fun for young people for sure. The room was nice and I enjoyed the quiet morning hours walking with other 'elderly' in the parks and riverside. And it was fun to sit and watch happy people roaming around in the evening. Something that I would not experience in Pyongyang :)

I want to take this opportunity to thank you wholeheartedly from the entire Kan Family for the great tour you and China Highlights helped put together. From the onset in terms of preparing the itinerary for my family all the way to the final tour day, everything has been splendid.

At her first opportunity, she called me a couple of times during our visit just to see how everything was going. She provided a company cell phone at no charge which was especially helpful in the unlikely event of an emergency. Although we had planned to go to Macau we decided a few days prior to extend our visit to Hong Kong instead. Carol immediately made the necessary changes to our itinerary and reworked the price for us. She also advised us of an unexpected increase in our Yangste river cruise because of a change in ships.

eff helped us navigate the difficulties we were having in attempting to ship some luggage back to the US and offered to follow up with tracing and submitting insurance claims if our belongings dont arrive. He also gave us his email address and cell phone number so we can contact him in the future, if necessary.Throughout our stay he introduced us to very helpful Mandarin words and numbers, even quizzing us playfully, to test our memories. During meal times he was always nearby to help us with any needed translations.

I'd like to write to you about the service that your staff, Ms. Jane has provided me. She has been very dililgent to research the tour for me, for the prices. I booked my hiking tour through her today. It's my daugher and myself's first trip to the Great Wall. We are very excited about it, and we hope the weather won't be too hot. Jane also recommended me of some accommodations though, I didn't choose it at the end. Overall, Jane has been very attentive to my requests and she replies to me promptly.

I had asked many questions of the Bus service. Nanning to Beihai. Ms Candy Wei has answered every question most thoroughly. I am very impressed not only did Ms. Wei provided English text but also wrote the notes in Chinese to make it easier for us. I was not expecting such wonderful and professional assistance.

China Highlights could really show itself as different from the other tour companies if they were truly on the side of their Customers. Your company could be in the forefront. China is moving quickly to join the other great economic powers in the world. Widespread and accepted cheating of tourists have no place in such a country.
