Diana was probably the over-all best due to her good sense of humor and eagerness to do whatever we wanted. Her English is very good and she was constantly trying to improve it.As a teacher, that delighted me. The driving is always safe, although my friends both were more easily startled with driving in Asia.I lived in India for 6 years, so I find drivers in China to be very safe.

All your arrangements worked perfectly and you addressed our requests and suggestions with breath taking speed and efficiency. The guides you enabled us to meet added great value to our experience of life in China and enriched our knowledge and appreciation of your country's incredible history culture and scenery. We've been working with Delia with China Highlights over the internet many many many e-mails, but we worked out a fantastic tour. Aid is the most outstanding. She may be our youngest guide but she definitely went above and beyond the customer service. She made sure that our hotel room has been prepared to our standards, she accompanied us to our room in our hotel - The Bund and checked the entire room and when our room wasn't clean enough she even called the housekeeping to make sure someone would clean it for us. She is the only one who did that for us. Although we had a very short stay in Shanghai she made sure that we would stick to our itinerary so that we won't miss any. She even managed to bring us to a place where we can do shopping when I requested for it. It's amazing how she squeezed everything in considering we only had 1 day tour in Shanghai!!

Hi, I am Nelson,this is my son Alex and my wife Deborah. As Grace said, we are from Honolulu, Hawaii. This is my son’s first trip to China. He just graduated from colleague, so we thought we should take him to China to take a look. We were very very pleased with China Highlights. As Grace said, she is our tour advisor. We met her through a friend of ours, Michael, also from Honolulu. He highly recommended Grace at Highlights as he was very very pleased. We had a lot of trouble with our tour, try to set our tour because of business reasons, we had to change many many times and Grace has been the most patient tour advisor ever met. She on again, off again on again and off again. She was very patient with us. We just can not recommend her enough how much we like grace.

Alex. So I’m always a big fun of China. I saw a lot about Chinese history and Chinese culture in colleague. My parents thought we are going to China; I was ready to learn all about Chinese history and culture. That is what the tour guides in China Highlights are really good at. In Xi’an, which was a the very historical city, the tour guide knew that I was very interested in Chinese history, so she was always going out of her way to try to explain things about Chinese history to me, in more depth profession. You know, she knew everything, she knew more even I studied Chinese history. She knew more than I did. She was taking the time to explain Chinese language, Chinese idioms to me. So she really enriched my culture experience. I thought the experience in Xi’an and Beijing had been fantastic. In Guilin, our guide has been incredibly enthusiastic. Her energy is continuous. You are excited because she is excited. Coming to China has been my dream. It has exceeded my expectation so far.

OK. I’m Deborah. We had a great time. The guides were wonderful. They are very helpful and helping us to choose dinners, because we like to experience the different types of foods. They are really good at helping us. For example, tonight, we had a lot of fun in trying the various different culture dishes that we haven’t tried in Honolulu, because they are different types of Chinese food that we can get in Honolulu.

The Panda center was the the most memorable attraction for us. We chose restaurants close to the hotel after walking around. The guide gave us good guidance. We will definitely recommend your company.
