My wife and I returned from our China Highlights vacation in Beijing last night. We enjoyed ourselves tremendously. We will use the service of China Highlights again should we decide to visit China again and we will not hesitate to recommend China Highlights to our friends. Once again, we were very happy with China Highlights and tour guides provided. China was everything we hoped it would be. My son Tom said he never would have had the knowledge to tell us about the attractions, not to mentioned the hassle of arranging transportation and accomodations that your company provided. I was especially impressed with your responsiveness and willingness to make itinerary changes around our wish to visit our son in Hefei. We would not hesitate to use China Highlights again.

From the moment we were first met off our London flight in Beijing we felt in safe hands and the little touches such as the loan of of a mobile phone gave us the greatest confidence in China Highlights. This meant we could enjoy the spectacular sights and events in China to the full and with out any concerns about travel and accommodation arrangements.

What particularly impressed me about the level of service provided by Mr. Huang was that he managed to build very quickly the itinerary according to our requirements and he coped with the difficult task to find tickets for the intensive traffic during the National holiday in China. He provided smart alternative to the initial route, so that we can use our limited time in the best efficient way. His fast and adequate replies to my e-mails and inquiries were of great use for us to organize everything for our journey in time.

Michael, I have traveled to over 50 countries. Some independently, some with tours. I have never had the service and quick response that you provide. You are an ambassador of your company and I hold you in high regard. I wish you much success as you develop your career.

Thank you for all your help arranging our trip, especially the last minute re-scheduling for Jen and myself. We all had a great time, and Jen's parents were delighted to see the sights of China they'd never been to before. Having Cantonese speaking guides helped tremendously. All of your guides are very good, but I want to point out that Jenny is exceptional. She was always attentive to our parents' needs, ready to give a helping hand to dad going up or down stairs when needed, very patient and pleasant to chat with and very knowledgeable.

The tour was a complete success .Everything went as smooth as Chinese Silk(sorry about that).Loved every thing about the holiday .The people we met were always friendly and we have never had our photos taken so much. Beijing was our favourite and would hope that progress does not change the wonderful character of that beautiful city.

I want to let you know too how much we enjoyed the guides. They all had their own personalities but were fun to spend time with and very informative. The service you people provided was exceptional but I will be sure to use examples in the questionnaire. You made the trip easy and China made the trip an education as well as a very busy vacation. It will take a few days for us to recover!

Ms. Yang made Beijing an extraordinary experience for me. Not only was she a fount of information about the sights on the tour, her warmth and good humor made each day thoroughly enjoyable.I cannot thank you enough for assigning Ms Yang to be my guide. In doing so, you contributed to one of the most wonderful vacations that I have ever experienced. I can assure you that I will tell friends and colleagues travelling to Beijing about Ms. Yang and your fine company.
