As you know, we encountered a number of unexpected 'hiccups' along the way - having lost a passport, then our credit cards! (I bet you've never come across such a disorganised family before!). Nevertheless, the way the mishaps were so sympathetically and professionally dealt with by the company impressed us very much. I'm sure that many travel companies can provide a reasonable service in many regards, however it is only when unexpected things go wrong that the true 'mettle' of a company is seen.

The tours through China were very good, most of the tour guides are aware that as a customer from far away, is highly probable that is once in a lifetime tour visit so they try to do their best to have a great experience, congratulations to all the team at China highlights for all the efforts and great response with sudden itinerary changes.
