Ruby was incredibly patient during the booking process as my travel companion and I changed the dates of the tour and the itinerary several times.

Adrian Wang in Beijing was a particularly good guide and was very helpful in tailoring the programme to meet the needs of the less mobile in our group and his humour was always appreciated
