I am very impressed with how professional you are (and your company). I am very impressed. I have never seen anything so professional. I do know Chinese history and its always baffled me as to why we call it China when I think that you consider yourselves sons of the Han.

We liked the balance of shopping opportunities which were not excessive. Gay and I purchased some art work and some silk while visiting shops. The general shopping around places like the Pearl market was fun just to barter but in moderation. Loved going food shoping with Panda at the cooking school, a real highlight.

We took a Li-River cruise to Yangshuo which was a great 4 hours seeing the beauty in China. Also, we had a cooking class in Yangshuo which was a lot of fun, and we were able to use what we learned back home.

Ruby Zhao is my contact for a planned trip to China in April. Ruby was very helpful in helping us prepare an itinerary and was very accommodating when I made changes. She was always friendly, helpful and efficient.

I just returned home and it was a wonderful trip. Thank you for making all the arrangements. The hotel was great and in a perfect location and the tours were excellent. The weather could have been better but I don't think we can do anything about that.
