5 Days Shanghai, Beijing Tour
Delia did a lot of work every time I decided to change the itinerary again. She reacted very quick and accurate and brought in ideas if some of mine were not so workable. She was well informed by herself and if not she researched for the information.
We have been working with Coco Yang on our Trip and she has been very helpful in any questions we might have had. She always response the next day after our inquires. I feel very confident that our trip will be very successful because of Coco.
Gerry is very knowledgeable and fluent and able to convey China's history very well. I could remember having difficulty memorizing those different dynasties and dates in my high school years.
I want to commend Michael and the tour guides, especially LeLe, Leo, Meko, CiCi, Mr. Tan for making our family trip back to the roots possible. The trip planned with 3 generations was to be a trip of a lifetime. There were times we did not think we would make the trip. There were many issues we had to work through before the trip was even possible.
You all deserve more than thumbs up.Yes, we were very happy with the guides too.They were ready to help for food, shopping etc. besides they had a good knowledge of the places we visited.
For my family, an extra bonus were your wonderful guides, especially Lele, Ming,Leo,Meko. They shared what life is like opening up windows not possible any other way. My family gained insight and appreciation for their heritage and culture.
So we were treated really well,by all especially yourself and the staff of Chinahighligts tours and their agencies and would not have any reservation about recommending you extremely highly to any other intended China visitors.
The tour guide is knowledgeable and helpful. I'm quite impressed that he is willing to explain the history or story of the tourist spot that are not included in the China Highlights itinerary.
