We have traveled in most parts of the world and besides visiting the obvious tourist sites, we always leave plenty of time to just sit with the native people, listen, observe and learn. We were not disappointed in this respect on this trip as well. We were approached repeatedly by people from various provinces who never had seen a Westerner and asked to be photographed with them. We gladly complied and always tried to communicate the best we could. Such are true highlights of our visit.
Overall, I was very pleased with my tours and China Highlights. I really liked the personal service. As a woman traveling by myself in a foreign country where I don't speak the language, it was very comforting to know that I was taken care of EVERY step of the way. The guides were diligent and caring in making sure I got on the right bus or train or plane and were always there waiting for me and contacting me when I arrived at a new destination. Totally a stress-free holiday!
The trip exceeded my expectations. The tour guides were very well informed and very kind. They did everything they could to make our trip wonderful. The drivers were excellent. Both the drivers and guides were always early and very enthusiastic. All of the sites were incredible and this itinerary was excellent.

Jytte brooked a piece of one of her front teeth, and Michelle took us to a dentist hospital in the afternoon and next morning at 8. AM the dentist repaired the tooth properly to a low cost.

From the time of my first email enquiry till the time our guide, Steven, left us at the departure gate of Podong Airport everything promised was delivered in a seamless manner. Steven our guide was always on time, knowledgeable and caring.
Michael - the guide who met us at the start of the tour in Chongqing - very informative and really looked after us. The driver despite all the efforts of every other car on the road.
Her English is excellent and she is a no-nonsense person, very flexible and goes the extra mile. I had booked the Zhouzhuang Water excursion for last Wednesday and also the Acrobat Show in the evening. Due to a terrific traffic jam in Shanghai I only made it to the theatre and did not have any dinner. I mentioned this casually to Ms. Helen. After she had seen me to my seat in the theatre she returned some 10 minutes later with Sushi for me! This was so very thoughtful and really appreciated!
It was more than we even imagined we loved the trip and were so happy with your tour guides and agenda. We will highly reccomcend your agency for any of our friends who may want to visit. The trip to China was a lifetime drem of ours. Your agency made it a wonderful experience!
