The most outstanding tour guide would have to be Le Le. I am saying that because he was the one we spent the most time with and we got to know the best. All of the tour guides were so good to us.

I want to emphasize that Selina was a great guide with her excellent English and chose very good food in local restaurants.
First I want to add that she speaks and write very good english that we appreciate alot.
We had a great tour with guide David and his driver Mr Fang. David is very knowledgable and patient. We appreciated his promptness , kind manner and helpful suggestions. He should be a valued employee and deserves a raise!!!
I appreciated the very professional support from Ruby throughout this process. I used the word process because I had to cancel twice, so I was concerned that I would not get professional service on the 3rd attempt. I was wrong, Ruby was helpful, provide insights about China, professional, and prompt with all of her efforts on my behalf. I feel Chinahighlights have an excellent employee.
The trip to WuZhen was great. I really enjoyed the "authentic" feel of the town and the hotel.
