This was a fantastic holiday! It was well organised, it all ran smoothly, the guides ( Steven in Shanghai, and Vicky in Hangzhou) were top notch, and very professional. Thank you for organising a great trip!

We enjoyed our trip overall, did have afew comments:
Guides English skills overall aside from the pickup from the airport for our Yangtze River Cruise (Oliver) and in Xian (Crystal) wasn't that good. Guides need to be more proactive in explaining the sites and culture, this was true for all except Selena in Beijing. Generally they spent a lot of time talking to the drivers or texting.
We lost time in traveling mid-day from Xian to Lhasa and from Lhasa to Chongqing. Should have flown out at night to maximize our touring. We could have left Xian at night and flown to Lhasa and left Lhasa earlier at night to fly to Chonqqing. This would have enabled us to spend a full day or two in Chonqqing.
The Sheraton in Lhasa wasn't up to the standards one would expect from a Sheraton Hotel. Would highly recommend the JW Marriott's in Beijing and Shanghai.

We are back after a, in general, fantastic trip. Together with the drivers and guide we have had some discussions about the travel times in between the different locations and if we can change the order of the different locations to make the travelling times some shorter of more interesting.
Ann Zhang in Suzhou – very knowledgeable, obliging, out of her way to assist us and is a very nice person.
Chris, the tour guide in Zhangjiajie had taken care of me very well. He was very flexible and knowledgeable.He has completed all the points of interest listed in my itinerary.
