Leo and Jerry. They made us feel that they enjoyed spending time with us and that they would do anything to make our experience as good as possible. They were genuine in their desire to tell us everything we wanted to know about China and the lives of Chinese people. Leo particularly went beyond what was expected and spent time trying to resolve the problem we were experiencing with our phone.
My daughters and I enjoyed our tour guides for our Harbin and Beijing trip; they were very knowledgeable and and accomodating.
