We would like to thank you for the amazing holiday you organised and helped us through in China. You guides were absolutely brilliant without exception and we would recommend you and them to our friends in the future. Thank you so much for the meal with Jason in Guilin although it is a pity that you were unable to join us. We had a lovely evening with Jason who is a very impressive young man and we wish him every good wish in the future. We were met by Frost at Beijing and she is such a friendly, knowledgeable and efficient person that we were very sorry to have to leave her. We have seen and learnt so much about China because of your guides. China is a wonderful country and your guides were great ambassadors of the Chinese people. You must be very proud of them. I did want to explain the feedback form for Coffee which in no way was detrimental to him as he did everything possible to help us and guide us in Yichang when our flight to Shanghai was cancelled but we did feel that he could have benefited from being more aware from your office of what he was able to do with us as a last minute substitute guide because of the cancellation. This is just our feedback comments which may help you in the future but I would like to say that he is an exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable young man and we very much enjoyed our time with him. We missed out on part of our itinerary in Shanghai and needed a substitute which he did endeavoured to fulfil and we had no idea about what to do in Yichang to ask him to show us. We had to catch up in Shanghai with Esther who tried her absolute best to make sure we saw as much as possible. We enjoyed a great cruise with her during the evening as well. Please send our thanks again to everyone. We felt that we got to know them so well and at each change of place felt sorry to leave them.

First of all, thank you very much for treating our entire group for dinner a couple of nights ago at Guilin. It was very nice of you to take the time to do it, and also bring Kevin and your niece along. It showed us how much family means to you, and it is a great value to have! We were all touched by the nice gift you brought us too. Prabha and I will think of you everytime we see it hanging in our living/family room.We are waiting to board our plane at Guilin now. Lili dropped us off at the airport and made sure all of us were safe. She is amazing. You have done a great job in selecting guides for us. All of them have been great, but Lili has been fantastic. It was difficult to say bye to her. Her sense of humour was like ours! Anyway, I just wanted to drop a note and say thanks for arranging a great trip for us so far.

Lily we were very pleased with the service you gave us. It was great to see Diane at the entrance waiting for us at Tianjin Cruise Terminal. She was very helpful in seeing us into the terminal and guiding us to our check-in point. We would use your service again. I went to trip-advisor link but it came up with an actual tour which did not fit. Once again thanks

Thanks for helping us throughout our stay in Beijing. We had an amazing time mostly because of you. You are an excellent guide, great story teller, very patient, observant, kind, and very professional. Thank you from Prabha and myself for taking care of our dietary needs. You impressed us by going way above our expectations by bringing the cake, plates, forks, champagne, and other drinks all the way to the top of the Great Wall of China. We did not expect that. I thought we will have a nice celebration close to the van after we get down. But, what you did was awesome. We will forever think of you and your actions whenever we think of Beijing or The Great Wall of China. You truly created an Amazing Moment in our lives. China Highlights should be very proud of you!Finally, thanks for taking the time to carry our luggage all the way into our train yesterday afternoon and making sure we are seated in the right place. Thank you so much for the wonderful China tour! We had a fabulous time and will recommend your company to our friends who wish to visit China. All of the tours and tour guides were great. It was so nice to be greeted at each airport and train station and not have to worry about transfers, train tickets and airline tickets. Plus the guides gave us a lot of information about each place and helped us book additional activities if we wanted.

I would like to let you know that Nancy Deng planned a wonderful holiday for my husband and i in China. She was very patient at the early planning stage when I kept changing my mind about the cities i wanted to see. The itinerary she put together meant that we saw lots of great sites but also had some time to relax.Thanks Nancy for ensuring our holiday was great.

I want to thank you for the excellent services from China Hightlights. Everything is always on time and your personal attentions are greatly appreciated. The entire tour was very good. One thing that I like to mention is the local tour guides need to speak better English. We did not take the two excursions from the cruise because of the steep climbs(400 steps!).

We had a wonderful trip organized through Christie at ChinaHighlights. We went to cities (Beijing, Shanghai); historical towns (Pingyao and Xi'an); Yunan province (mountains and caves); Guilin (Li River cruise, tea plantation); Hangzhou (Lake); Suzhou (gardens). So saw lots of different and interesting things. Guides and drivers in all places were great and Christie had organized many interesting things for us to do and see every day. Overall a fantastic trip!
