Again I want to express my heartfelt appreciation on what a wonderful experience we had with China Highlights. China Highlights has truly made our Anniversary Vacation a Vacation that my husband and I will remember and cherish a lifetime! I want to thank you Nancy personally on helping my husband and I arrange such a wonderful vacation in China!

We had a wonderful time in Beijing.Our Tourist Guide there was not as great as you, but she was very nice too and she made our days there unforgetable. The driver also was a very good person and the city is beautiful. I liked very much "The Forviden City". I must tell you a secret, Linda, we continue to have massages in every city that we went in China. We loved them.

We honestly cannot thank you enough for everything you have done for us and you truly have made this a trip of a lifetime for us so thank you again.

I just wanted to let you know that our tour guide, Henry, is excellent. His English is excellent and he is very sensitive to us. We have thoroughly enjoyed having him as our tour guide, and we feel that you are lucky to have a person of such high quality to offer visitors from America. Our driver, Mr. Ai, is also a lovely man, very friendly and helpful in whatever way he can.

Nancy (in Bejiing) was a great start to the trip in China. She was very polite and friendly, and gave us great information on our tours. Excellent!

I am writing to you because your tour guide, Rainy, was the best tour guide I have ever had. She is a real credit to your company and I wanted you to know.For example, on my last day in Shanghai, Rainy took me to the airport so I could catch my flight to Guilin. As we were walking to the ticket window. I realized that I had left my passport back at the Westin Hotel. I was panic stricken, afraid that we did not have time to go back to the hotel andthen get back to the airport in time for my flight. I looked over my shoulder at Rainy, and there she was cool, calm and collected talking on the phone with the hotel. Somehow, she got tem to send one of their employees in a cab to the airport and bring me my passport which I had left in my room safe. Never could I have done this myself and I will be forever grateful to her for the extra effort she made on my behalf.

Jeff Ma, was a fun young man well liked by my family.I was impressed by his exceptional knowledge of Chinese history which to me is an important benefit of joining a guided tour. Jeff went out of his way to make sure that our requests are met. When my niece was sick Jeff went and got some medication for her during our dinner. She felt better the next day.

Key to the success of the trip were both our tour guides Cindy and Sally and the driver who were extremely nice and attentive.

Thank again for everything, you guys were wonderful and I wish i was able to meet you face to face as well.Once again thank you for an unforgettable experience

Cindy has been very good to work with. We depart for our trip tomorrow and look forward to our first visit to China. I would like to thank Cindy for the nice job she did on our trip itinerary. She has been very prompt and fast with her responses to my questions.
