We had a great time in China and our feed-back to our three guides was very positive! We are very satisfied. We got our rooms when we arrived to Xi'an and Shanghai - very satisfying with a shower after a night on train before starting the days activities.

We found our itinerary to be well planned. We had many sites we were able to do each day because of the private car which saved time. We did use the underground as we also liked this and found it cheap, clean and easy to use.

The Tour was Fantastic, we love the scenery of the great wall, Jeff had chosen the great section of the wall ,which not so many tourist knows, so there were not so many crowds. The Forbidden city was amazing, Jeff has explained to us the unpredictable story. He is the best tour guide, my kids still keep talking about him the whole time when we were in China.
It's always a little bit a risk to work with a travel organization so far away. But I would like to express my great appreciation for the way we were served by China Highlights up until now. Our travel advisor Nora Ou has been very efficient, helpfull and friendly. It was really a pleasant surprise for me to experience this kind of service.

Beijing and Chinese people do things very well: Beijing is very impressive to Australians as everything from the airport, roads, buildings, shopping centres, etc. are thought out very well and then constructed, and perform their specific function very well.
