I wanted to let you know that Jane is an absolute gem!! She is an awesome guide. She was so extremely helpful in everything we did and really helped look after my parents. She really provided superior customer service, and is a great assest to your company. My parents both really liked her.
And our guide Lily in Guilin treated me as her grandmother. She was solicitous for my welfare, that I did not slip or fall at all. She just cared and it showed! Every one of them were careful, excellent drivers who knew where they were going. I wanted to be able to talk with them more and share meals with them.

Our guide in Tibet was wonderful when it came to recommending dishes we would like. He always helped us order and we LOVED everything we got. Also, he was excellent at finding clean bathrooms (which I needed frequently). This made the trip MUCH easier for me! Our guide in Tibet was absolutly fantastic, a total WOW.
We really enjoyed our visit to Xi'an and will certainly recommend China Highlights to any of our friends who are thinking of visiting China.
Everything has worked to perfection. Hotels were superb, as were the guides and drivers. The Beijing guide in particular stands out as more than excellent. Keep on to her !!

Every detail of the itinerary was perfect. Our guides, Kevin in Dunhuang and Lee in Xi'an, took very good care of us.The Silk Road Hotel was wonderful, and the rooftop terrace overlooking the dunes provided a lovely setting for us to relax at the end of each day.

The great wall, the forbidden city, the summer palace, the people at the park in the temple of Heaven made you go “WOW!” during the trip. I did not expect to find Beijing so modern, so westernized. I did not expect to find so many signs in Enghish. In many ways we found it easier to get around than in Europe.
