Getting ready to leave on our trip this Monday. Carol Wang has been the best! She has answered all my questions and concerns promptly and professionally. I could not ask for a better travel advisor. China Highlights is lucky to have her.

Thank you for allowing Rachel to accompany us to XiAn. She has a very positive and enthusiastic personality and was a great help in assisting our group with the linguistic issues from pre-boarding the train all the way to departing for the airport---she's also like a big sister to the 6 year-old traveling with our group. Our dining experience and choices had also improved significantly after she went out of her way to help us find the restaurants, help us in ordering the food, and making sure we get back the hotel in one piece. She also helped us in finding good and clean foot and body massage places so that we can rejuvenate and go again the net day.

Our Great Wall trip was wonderful thank you very much. Very well organised and professional. Rico called us the evening before to confirm plans. Was promptly at the hotel. Mutinyau section was great. We felt as though we could go at our own pace which with 2 children was completely what we wanted. Lunch was good! Overall a great trip thank you.

Overall China Highlights did a very good job looking after all our needs. Some guides were better than others, but that is only from our point of view. All the destinations were terrific and we thought that all arrangements worked perfectly.Thanks for making our very special trip to China so memorable. We will happily recommend your services to friends and family.

I just wanted to comment on how accommodating, patient and nice my tour rep Nora Ou has been with me in booking my tour. I have asked her so many questions and she always responds promptly and is very very nice. She has been great so far!!!! I am looking forward to traveling with China Highlights, Nora is an awesome tour rep so I expect my tour to be just as awesome.

I would like to congratulate you on employing such a wonderful young woman as Sunny Xie. Her service has always been so quick and very precise and easy to understand. Although some of my clients have been a little difficult and demanding and kept changing their mind Ms Sunny always cheerfully and willing made the changes and helped with suggestions.

Doris is great! She actually phoned me in California! She had to deal with my email problems, and just kept at it -- she is a wonderful employee. She even advised me to book my own hotel as it would save me money!

Delia has been so good to me for almost 3 years now. Of and on I have asked for itinerary's and she was very patient with all my cancellations.She is an excellent travel agent and an asset to your company.
