I just wanted to thank you for making our trip to China so special. We had a terrific time and thought all of the China Highlights guides were great. We especially liked Gerry and Lili (Guilin Lili), we thought they spoke the best english and were especially talented tour guides. It is clear that they are part of your "top 10" guides and I think they deserve that honor.
I saw all the sites, had a terrfic guide, and discovered Beijing's wealthy and poorer sides.
You provided excellent service, both in the booking stage when we were working out the itinerary ( with many changes) and then in response to the incident which occurred in Qi Wang Lu.Many thanks for your patience and care for us.We look forward to our next China Highlights tour...perhaps in 2015!

5 Days Shanghai, Beijing Tour
Delia did a lot of work every time I decided to change the itinerary again. She reacted very quick and accurate and brought in ideas if some of mine were not so workable. She was well informed by herself and if not she researched for the information.
We have been working with Coco Yang on our Trip and she has been very helpful in any questions we might have had. She always response the next day after our inquires. I feel very confident that our trip will be very successful because of Coco.
Gerry is very knowledgeable and fluent and able to convey China's history very well. I could remember having difficulty memorizing those different dynasties and dates in my high school years.
I want to commend Michael and the tour guides, especially LeLe, Leo, Meko, CiCi, Mr. Tan for making our family trip back to the roots possible. The trip planned with 3 generations was to be a trip of a lifetime. There were times we did not think we would make the trip. There were many issues we had to work through before the trip was even possible.
