I would recommend China Highlights as an organisation to use when arranging a trip in China.The consultant who arranged the accommodation, transfers & guides was excellent. Everything promised was delivered.Given my lack of Mandarin language having the guides and drivers was certainly the way to go. The guides and drivers were also excellent and provided great suggestions for the days of independent travel.

Stephanie,our guide in Beijing was quite outstanding. She was very knowledgeable,thoughtful and helpful and her experience showed in the very professional and efficient way that she managed all aspects of our visit to Beijing. In addition we feel that she has now become a personal friend. Melody in Shanghai was enthusiastic and energetic and did her best to make sure that we saw all the sights there.

Christy was absolutely excellent at all times. Her responses to our e.mails were immediate , she even phoned us on her days off work. Hi Nora, We had a great trip everything went very smoothly, guides were great, most of the drivers were good, we had trouble getting used to Chinese traffic. The places we visited were great, particularly Shangri la & Jiuzhaigou. Most of the hotels were good, we were disappointed with the food at the Sheraton, Timeless Inn in Shangri la was great, clean & great host. Would love to have had a longer time in Jiuzhaigou to really have a good look at the park and Huanglong but it's not possible to see everything. The guides looked after me very well and made sure I could eat well as did the Yangtze Gold 2. Thanks for organising a great tour and I will certainly recommend you to anyone I know,
