Thank you to you and your team for an amazing trip. We were particularly impressed with the organisation and planning. Our journey then delivered to this high expectation.
The itinerary worked very well and there was some flexibility if wanted to change the day up a bit. We had a nice mix of city and village. Every attraction was amazing and I even can not say what was my favourite as China is all amazing.
For the guides, We liked Jacky in Shanghai, as he was very responsible and took us everywhere we needed and was flexible with our demands. But Sarah in Xian was also very nice and responsible, we basically liked them all, generally they were very flexible and helpful. Furthermore, I really liked the engagement of our Jane – she was the one getting all people in place, making sure I was happy. She was quite flexible and the fact that she really helped us with the Shanghai tour guide was definitely a WOW to me.

Overall I was happy with the itinerary. All guides are good. Amelia, she was very helpful and told us lots of cultural things as well as sightseeing things. Rainy was also very good, very knowledgeable on various subjects.
The Zhejiang Xizi Hotel in Hangzhou far exceeded our expectations.The gardens were spectacular, the lake view perfect and all of the hotel employees very helpful and considerate.

The top guides from a professional viewpoint of attention to detail and schedule and suggesting additional activities of interest to us were Ellen and Tony. They were both very precise and took great pains to manage the schedule and adapt to our needs.
I am particularly grateful for your speedy assistance on Saturday evening (Sept 25) and Sunday morning (Sept 26) in helping to establish contact with our tour guide. The problem was caused entirely by our hotel.
