As feedback on our guides the guides in Beijing were fantastic, it was great to catch up with Gerry as well.The guides in Shanghai were good, not as good as the Beijing crew, but they sure worked hard to assist us.We would be happy to work with all these guys in the future.

This was mostly because of the fine work that Nancy Deng of China Highlights did for us. So quite a lots of questions were answered right before our departure. Nancy and her local agents delivered all the necessary documents right in time. And she was always ready to answer to our questions even in the late evening

My mother and I will be traveling soon to China with China Highlights, and I just want to share that Christy Luo is great! She is so helpful and courteous and has worked very hard for us. She has great English and is very patient. She has made this a great process and I will be recommending China Highlights to others based on how great Christy is.

I also wanted to tell you that we loved being with Selena (her “American” name) as she made our trip so memorable through her warm and engaging personality. Edward & I just arrived home, and we want to thank you for setting up such great itinerary for us in such a short time. We enjoyed our trip and our guides. We definitely learned a lot more about the culture and livelihood of Mainland Chinese.

Everything listed on our itinerary was exactly matched, moreover our guide Tony took fantastic care of us from landing to departure. Our driver Mr Yeo was on call when we needed him.The mountains were awesome and the sunshine allowed us to cover all the trails and take some inspiring photographs, the areas natural beauty was explained exceptionally well by Tony.
