I am back in Florida. On behalf of Marc and myself, thanks for the gift, the arrangements for VIP accommodations at the Guillian airport and the excellent service you provided in preparing a very enjoyable trip for both of us. We had a wonderful tour of China and learned a lot. Any negative comments I have made on the assessment surveys our guided gave to us, or any negative comments I make in this letter are insignificant and certainly don't indicate any dissatisfaction with the tour. I prefer to give you my honest opinion so that small problems can be rectified in the future.
We have been working with Delia on our upcoming China trip. She has been so helpful in getting tickets and answering questions we may have. She has very good English and it is overall easy to communicate with her! Thank you for her service!

Hi, Chris was excellent guide as she quickly accommodated my desire to go to National China Museum rather than Film Museum. Also, at my request, she showed me how to travel on the subway and again at my request brought me to Silk Street for foot massage. Her English is excellent as is her knowledge. The driver drove well.
