Christy has recently helped me pull together a very special trip as it is mine and Alison’s 30th wedding anniversary on 4th of May 2015. It is a very special occasion for us and one which we really want to enjoy to the maximum. We have just got back from our trip to China and I wanted to thank you for the efficiency and courtesy shown by you. The guides were all very nice, kind and efficient with the exception of the two Jacks (I told you that women are the best!). Everything was done for the best.
The guide we had at Guilin (Peter/ Zhang?) was pleasant and knowledgeable, but we had some trouble understanding him, as his English pronunciation and accent was difficult, although his grammar was very good. Overall, he was the best and most cooperative guide. On the last day, the guide on the Li river cruise was hardly of any help as she was more busy trying to get customers for the optional trips from Yangshuo and we were left alone the last 1 hour at Yangshuo with instructions on how to reach the return bus. I guess that is how it is always planned, and we loved the river cruise nevertheless, one of the best tourist trips I have made.
I was unable to access my gmail account while in China, but I just wanted to say that we are back and we had a great time! Thanks for everything - I definitely want to go back to China and will definitely use your company again and recommend it. The guides, the greeters, the tours--everything was fantastic. Thanks so much!!

Thank you very much for helping us to organise this memorable trip. I cannot remember the name of the guide who pick us at Harbin. He is also very helpful and also the guide who sent us to the airport for our flight home. She help us to do check in. I will definitel pick China Highlight again should I want to visit China again and will not hesitate to recomend China Highlight to anyone who ask. Good Job Nora. Once again thank you very much.
In terms of your service Lily, I really did enjoy your prompt responses to my questions and I felt as though you were always available to me if need be which I really appreciated and I think is very valuable when you are travelling in a foreign country.
We got back from China 2 weeks ago. The flights/tour that you organized to the Terracotta Warriors was great! The driver and Paul were wonderful as well, and everything went very smoothly. It was a fantastic addition to our trip to China and was truly one of the "Highlights".We all (Dennis,Theresa ,Lorna, Robert) want to say we appreciate all the effort you put into getting everything "PERFECT". We'll make sure to recommend China Highlights to our friends if they're travelling to China.
