Overall a great experience.
I also like more to our Beijing Guide Rachel. She is so sweet and just a good young lady.You can say she is doing quite a great job at her age as a tour guide. I think she is the youngest person among the other tour guide for us. If you have a chance to talk to them; Norman, Patrick and Rachel, please tell them that they all got 10 points out of 10 by me and by my guests.
Just a quick note to thank you for a very wonderful stay in Beijing. The hotel was charming, the staff wonderful, and Jack and my driver extremely pleasurable to be with. It was a great trip.
We couldn't have asked for more from our guide, Gerry, and our driver. They both carried out their jobs very efficiently and in a very calm and professional manner. Additionally, Gerry was very knowledgeable about each site we visited, Chinese history and general knowledge of the city of Beijing.

Avan is extremely polite and friendly. As a tour guide he was informative and also willing to learn about other cultures. Avan was also very helpful and went out of he's way when it came to local resources. Overall I was very satisfied with he's help and service and I will highly recommend China Highlights.
We had an awesome guide, Crystal, in Xi’an, as well as a very good driver. Our guide who picked us up at the port in Tianjin, Daki, was equally as good, even though we did not spend much time with her.
I have just paid this amount. I did try in Shanghai but could not remember my password for paypal. We have arrived home after an enjoyable time in China thanks to China Highlight. All our guides were very knowledgeable and spoke excellent English. They could not do enough for us and made our stay a very enjoyable one.
