Cherry Blossom Viewing Escorted Tour

Departure: Daily within the flowering season Blossom Time: March 30 - April 30 You will be picked up at your hotel lobby at around 09:00am and head for Yuyuantan Park. Yuyuantan Park is a huge open space west of Tian’anmen Square at the southern end of Sanlihe Road. Yuyuantan Park is famous for its Cherry Garden, which is home to 2,000 trees of 20 species. Yuyuantan Park hosts an annual cherry blossom festival in April to show off the trees, many of which are gifts from Japan, when the two countries re-opened diplomatic relations in the 1970s. Then move on to the Summer Palace.Summer Palace is up to now the best preserved and the largest imperial gardens in China. You can cruise on the Kunming lake and also visit the Garden of Virtue and Harmony, which was built as a theater for the Empress Dowager. Lunch is included. After the tour, you will be returned back to the hotel.
