Carol was very patient in providing information to meet our other commitments in China.And, we didn’t have the flight info from our friends who made arrangements until much later than I would have liked.Flora met us in Yichang and we were relaxed knowing that we would get to the ship on time etc.
It was a wonderful trip! China Highlights has provided us with excellent service for the trip, from cruise reservation, consultation, transfer assistance, etc. Thanks a lot. We will definitely recommand China Highlights to our friends.

Yesterday, We forgot our passports in our hotel. Luckily, it was before we boarded the ship and we were capable of splitting. While Yoav returned to the hotel to obtain the passports, Nitza , Yair and I continued with the cruise. The driver drove Yoav to the hotel and to our destination. We wanted to let you know how happy we are with the way our guide managed this crisis. She did a wonderful job coordinating everything to our best comfort.
